Maruti Koatsu Cylinders Limited (MKCL) is an industrial company engaged in the manufacturing of high-pressure gas cylinders, seamless cylinders for gases, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), CBG cascades, and cascades.
We have a state-of-the-art, PESO-approved plant and gas cylinder supplier facilities conforming to Indian Standard IS:7285 (Part 1):2004, IS:7285 (Part 2):2004, and IS 15490:2004. We are also an ISO 9001 certified company.

Company history: Gas Cylinder Suppliers
In 1984, Maruti Koatsu Cylinders Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated at Halol. The company began with a manufacturing facility for small-sized seamless cylinders of water capacity 3 to 60 litres. In 1990–1991, the facility was expanded with in-house expertise to produce large-sized cylinders of higher water capacities ranging from 21 to 80 litres. Further expansion in 2010–2011 enabled the manufacturing of the widest range of high-pressure industrial gas cylinders, including the largest-sized cylinders with water capacities of 80 to 200 litres, capable of withstanding extreme working pressures of up to 150 to 400 bar and in tube sizes from 108 mm to 406 mm.
Today, the company operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Halol and produces cylinders from seamless tubes of international quality and standards.
Gas Cylinders Suppliers - Our Business
MKC manufactures a wide range of cylinders for industrial gases, medical gases, firefighting equipment, the beverage industry, accumulator shells, aerospace, scientific research, CNG-NGV cylinders for vehicles and many more applications. MKC also manufactures gas cylinders and supplies storage cylinder cascades complete with fittings and accessories for CNG and other industrial uses.
Cylinder designs are based on the customer’s requirements and specifications prescribed by the Indian or International Standards. Design calculations and drawings are duly verified by BIS and finally approved by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), Nagpur. The industrial cylinders for the domestic market are manufactured as per IS-7285 standard, whereas the CNG cylinders for on-board usage in automobiles are manufactured as per IS-15490. Both the standards are duly certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI) and later approved by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), Govt. of India. For the overseas markets, MKC manufactures cylinders according to stringent, renowned world standards like BS, DOT, ISO, NZS, EN, with “Pi” marking, etc., depending upon the standards followed in the respective countries of import.
